Information Security Analyst will be responsible for designing secure system architectures, developing and implementing robust security policies, and continuously monitoring the organization's security landscape.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Description

• Design and maintain the organization's security architecture to effectively mitigate threats while aligning with overall business goals and operational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.
• Continuously monitor the organization's security posture and analyze systems for potential threats, vulnerabilities, and anomalies. Recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Develop, update, and execute incident response plans to efficiently manage security breaches and minimize risk exposure.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the organization’s security awareness program by providing training sessions and resources to educate staff on best security practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of security architectures, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with security monitoring tools, incident response frameworks, and threat analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
