A Penetration Tester will be responsible for leading penetration testing initiatives, simulating adversary attacks, and identifying vulnerabilities across the organization’s systems and infrastructure.
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security risk analysis.
Job Description
• Develop, plan, and oversee security testing initiatives, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead penetration testing campaigns and adversary simulation exercises across the organization’s environments to identify potential security weaknesses.
• Work closely with the Vulnerability Management team to prioritize vulnerabilities for remediation based on risk assessments and business impact.
• Generate clear, actionable reports based on testing activities, detailing findings, potential impacts, and recommended remediation strategies
• Evaluate, select, and manage security testing tools to ensure they are effective and up-to-date for all penetration testing and vulnerability assessment needs.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of offensive security techniques and adversary simulation.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, etc.).
• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
