The Treasury Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s liquidity, financial risk, and banking operations. This position involves preparing financial models and forecasts, maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support strategic financial planning
Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA will be considered an added advantage.

3 to 4 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, banking, or financial resource management.
Job Description
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks related to market conditions, interest rate fluctuations, and liquidity.
- Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Generate daily, monthly, and annual reports on liquidity, cash flow positions, and overall financial performance.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders to ensure efficient banking operations.
- Administer and reconcile inter-company transactions; maintain accurate and timely records and reports.
- Support the finance team in developing rolling budgets, variance analysis, and periodic financial updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies, including NRB guidelines and other applicable frameworks.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for financial modeling, analysis, and risk assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and treasury operations, with emphasis on Nepalese Forex, Money Market, and remittance sectors.
- Experience in banking, treasury, or financial resource management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
