The Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient transaction operations while supporting merchants, banks, and internal teams. This role involves monitoring transaction workflows, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain service quality. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex operational tasks in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (running or completed).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, banking operations, or transaction support.
- Experience working with transaction systems, digital wallets, or payment platforms is preferred.
Job Description
- Oversee and support merchant clients and bank service integration processes.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues promptly and accurately.
- Monitor, review, and clear pending or ambiguous transactions.
- Handle disputed transactions, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
- Provide support to merchants, banks, and clients to address and resolve transaction-related concerns.
- Act as a primary point of contact for operational queries and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Share insights, feedback, and best practices to enhance workflows and processes.
- Utilize transaction processing systems, CRM tools, and other platforms to monitor, track, and resolve issues effectively.
