Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
Job Description
- KYC Reverification:
- Reverify the KYC documents and information submitted by customers, Agent Representatives (ARs), and merchants that have already been approved by eSewa.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of the submitted KYC documents in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Properly document all findings and observations during the KYC reverification process.
- Maintain organized records of verified KYC cases for audit and compliance purposes.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit a Daily KYC Review Report summarizing the findings of the day’s KYC reverification activities.
- Highlight any discrepancies or issues identified for further review or escalation.
- Manual Reversal Reverification:
- Conduct daily reverification of all manual reversals to assess the authenticity and legitimacy of such transactions.
- Report any unusual or suspicious activity identified during the reversal review process.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and transaction data.
- Basic understanding of KYC/AML guidelines and financial operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and report preparation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
