The Innovation Coordinator - F1ARL (F1Soft Advance Research Lab) plays a pivotal role in driving F1Soft Group’s innovation agenda through the effective coordination and management of the ARL ecosystem.

 

This role acts as the bridge between multiple verticals within the Group, facilitating collaboration, project execution and knowledge sharing to transform ideas into scalable innovations. The role combines program management, research coordination and stakeholder engagement, supporting the mission of F1ARL to be the launchpad for next-generation ideas.

 

The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, strategy and people helping to build synergies, accelerate experimentation and amplify F1Soft Group’s innovation culture.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors degree in any discipline. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management coordination, innovation programs, R&D coordination roles.

Job Description

 

1. Innovation Facilitation

• Foster an environment of experimentation, learning and creative problem-solving.
• Coordinate hackathons, design sprints, ideation sessions and various other activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in building partnerships with academic institutions and research communities.

2. Program Management & Coordination

• Oversee daily operations and project timelines within F1ARL.
• Manage innovation initiatives from idea submission to prototype and pilot stages.
• Ensure proper documentation, progress tracking and evaluation of all active research and innovation projects with coordinate with Director of F1ARL.
• Support cross-vertical collaboration across all F1Soft verticals and business units.

3. Communication & Engagement

• Serve as the central point of contact for all ARL-related communications and updates.
• Develop internal dashboards or reports highlighting innovation progress and success stories.
• Coordinate with Marcom team on developing stories for monthly newsletter.
• Promote knowledge sharing and celebrate milestones within the innovation group.

4. Research & Insights

• Support the research and analysis of emerging technologies, digital trends and market shifts.
• Help translate insights into actionable recommendations for business and product teams.

5. Governance & Administration

• Maintain project databases, budgets and compliance with ARL guidelines.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews and progress reporting with leadership.
• Ensure smooth operations of lab logistics, resources and partnerships.
