The Business Development Officer will support expansion of our acquisition process with respect to category and focus more on high value acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a business acumen and exposure towards lifestyle and hospitality industries.

Qualification and Experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related domain.
3+ years of experience in Business Development roles and exposure with hospitality, restaurants, electronics, lifestyle, and beauty industries. 

Job Description

• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants to expand the company’s business network and ensure smooth integration into our system. 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to enhance satisfaction, retention, and collaborative growth.
• Plan and execute partner-related campaigns, promotional activities, install promotional materials and awareness activations to drive engagement and brand visibility. 
• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants and partners, track performance, and ensure achievement of business targets. 
• Maintain records and reports of redemption partner visits, branding activities and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. 
• Prepare periodic reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. 
• Conduct basic training when required.
• Collect competitors & market insights.
