The Data Analyst and Growth Officer will be focusing on generating actionable data insights from our current data sets and business performance which will help drive our business further and also shape the direction of internal team on the type of business they should be focusing for onboarding. 

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 1 year of work experience in data analytical roles.

Job Description

• Identify the user behavior with respect to their redemption pattern and suggest marketing team to shape up the promotion behavior. 
• Identify top redeeming category and help shape business goals and drive acquisition of business team 
• Prepare business case for campaign launch and user acquisition 
• Provide actionable insights from available data sets to drive growth
• Assist project team and product team in order to set roadmaps with respect to user and redemption partner behavior analyses. 

Required Skills

• Understanding of Data Analytics
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power Bi.
• Ability of extract data and provide actionable insights
• Eagerness to learn and build along the growing team
• Understanding of Fintech, ISP, EdTech domains.
