A Product Owner will ensure the systematic documentation of existing and upcoming product features. This role has a direct business impact by improving product delivery efficiency, reducing operational risks, and ultimately enabling faster, more consistent customer-facing innovations  justifying the cost through clear value-added outcomes.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Science or related domain/discipline.
• 3-4 years of hands-on work experience in a Product role.

• Establish a single source of truth for product functionalities and feature history
• Improve cross-team collaboration and clarity, reducing rework and miscommunication
• Enable better roadmap planning and prioritization through structured data and analysis
• Support faster onboarding of new team members with readily available documentation
• Improve audit readiness and compliance support, particularly in regulated environments

Required Skills

• JIRA / Confluence / Agile Tools
  • For managing user stories, sprint tracking, and maintaining documentation.
• SQL / Data Querying
  • To analyze product usage, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• API Documentation and Testing Tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
  • For validating backend logic, API functionality, and understanding system behavior.
• Product Analytics Platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • To derive insights from user behavior and feature adoption.
• Basic Understanding of Frontend/Backend Technologies (e.g., REST, JSON, HTML/CSS)
  • To communicate effectively with developers and translate technical requirements. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Works well with tech, business, and design teams to align product goals.
  • Analyzes complex workflows, identifies gaps, and proposes efficient solutions.
• Strong Attention to detail
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency in documentation and requirement gathering.
• Effective Communication
  • Able to convey technical and non-technical information clearly to all stakeholders.
• Proactive Ownership
  • Takes initiative in organizing work, chasing follow-ups, and driving clarity.
