Job Description

• Conduct technical and operational impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies before approval and implementation.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and deployment teams to plan, test, and execute approved changes.
• Ensure minimal disruption to live systems during deployment
• Maintain version control of system configurations and related documentation.
• Review, assess, and document change requests (CRs) and ensure all CRs are complete, accurate, and comply with internal change control procedures.
• Ensure that all updates in projects are tracked and traceable for audit purposes.
• Communicate change statuses, impacts, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Facilitate approval workflows, ensuring all necessary authorizations are secured before implementation.
• Monitor and validate the success of implemented changes.
• Document lessons learned and generate reports on change performance and metrics.
• Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
• Propose process improvements for more efficient change management cycles.

Required Skills

• JIRA / Confluence / Agile Tools
  • For managing user stories, sprint tracking, and maintaining documentation.
• SQL / Data Querying
  • To analyze product usage, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• API Documentation and Testing Tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
  • For validating backend logic, API functionality, and understanding system behavior.
• Product Analytics Platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • To derive insights from user behavior and feature adoption.
• Basic Understanding of Frontend/Backend Technologies (e.g., REST, JSON, HTML/CSS)
  • To communicate effectively with developers and translate technical requirements. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Works well with tech, business, and design teams to align product goals.
  • Analyzes complex workflows, identifies gaps, and proposes efficient solutions.
