The Social Media Representative will be responsible for managing the company’s social media interactions and customer email communications. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while maintaining the organization’s brand voice and service standards.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling social media platforms and customer email communications

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor company social media platforms and official email inboxes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, complaints, and feedback
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the concerned department when required
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM or customer service tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent responses
  • Ensure all communications align with company policies, tone, and brand guidelines
  • Monitor recurring customer issues and report insights for service improvement
  • Maintain high attention to detail while handling multiple communications simultaneously

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills (professional and clear)
  • Ability to respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
  • Good coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems
