We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support the day-to-day operations of eSewa's digital payment ecosystem. The role is responsible for service integration, operational support, payment monitoring, and coordination with merchants, banks, and third-party partners to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, payment operations, service support, technical support, or a related role.
• Experience in fintech, banking, digital payments, or technology companies will be an added advantage.

Job Description

Service Integration

• Coordinate and support the integration of services with merchants, banks, and third-party vendors.
• Provide operational support throughout the integration process and ensure smooth onboarding of new services.
• Assist in resolving integration-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all integration activities are completed within defined SLAs.

Service Management

• Monitor the performance and availability of digital payment services.
• Coordinate service listings, product updates, and operational changes as required.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure service requests and operational incidents are managed within established SLAs.

Payment Monitoring

• Monitor payment transactions and system performance to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Investigate payment failures, transaction discrepancies, and operational alerts.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payment-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payment operations and service reliability.

Required Skills

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital payment systems, APIs, or service integration processes is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and work under defined SLAs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
